-reliable because you need to be able to teach students the right stuff
-trustworthy because you have to earn students trust
-you have to be a good team worker because you have to work good in a team
-you have to be able to keep control of your class
-you have to be able to keep calm because your dealing with children and teenagers
-being organised 
-have all your lessons planned
