Hard working	Someone who works hard and takes work seriously.	They want someone who’s going to be good at what they do by trying their best.
Independent	Works by their self without having to be told every step of the way.	You need to be independent because the boss isn’t going to want to tell you what to do every minute.
Determined	A person who won’t give up until they reach there go.	You need to be determined because if you have a lot of work to do you have to be determined to get it done.
Tolerant	Being able to put up with work conditions and other employees.	You need this because if you dislike another person at work you have to put up with them because you can’t have arguments at work.
Leadership	Taking control and lead other people.	You need this because it shows you work well as a team and can take control of situations.
Dependable	To work with others and being able to help people who depend on you.	Employers with value this because it shows you are trust worthy and able to put yourself forward.
Confident	Not being afraid to put yourself out there.	This is important because they would know that you would be able to complete any task giving.
Problem solving	Being able to take control of unexpected situations.	Wouldn’t need to rely on the boss to sort out the problems can take control yourself.

Verbal skills	Being able to speak out loud in meetings.	This is important because if there’s a meeting you will need to speak out loud and get your ideas across.
Written skills	Being able to write.	If you can write well you can put together letters and reports.
Numeracy	Numbers	Being good with the company’s accounts.
Creativity	Being creative and imaginative.	This is important because the boss is going to want you to come up with new ideas.

-i used the blur tool to blur the skin because alot of the edges are Sharpe and so now i have blended it into the picture.

-i used the robber too to make the original picture come through so it look like my real picture.

-i used the flip tool to get the face i wanted to insert was not the right way, this then made the effect look more realistic.

-i used the text tool to make the name of my band stand out, i used pink for the love heart to make it more colourful and to make it stand out.

This is the colour depth options I choose the default option although it is simple it has the best effect for the picture other options distorted the picture and effected the overall picture quality. Although a slight change in colour maybe would have looked better i felt the option i chose offered the best picture quality. It also has a good download speed which is very important on websites as if it takes to long then it will be ineffective on a website. It also has a good colour resolution. It also depends what you are using the photograph for if i where to have used it for a black and white book then there would be no point having fantastic colour resolution and on a website it is important to have both good download speed and good colour resolution.

courtney said to me that on my poster it didnt look good and proper because it had the names wrote just anywhere along the page, so i have edited my work and removed names.

Intellectual property is divided into two categories:  Industrial property, which includes inventions (patents), trademarks, industrial designs, and geographic indications of source but the copy right law involves novels, books etc. Also it is a legal concept; it is enforced by most governments. It gives the creator of the original piece of work exclusive rights. It is normally only for a limited of time. The copy right law also enables protection over work. Having rights over your work means that people cannot copy your piece and use it. The length of copyright protection may vary from country to country, but it usually lasts for the life of the author plus 50 to 100 years. For example if i used someones album cover on my website it would be against the law.

Display Monitor £799.00	This display monitor is good for a designing because the screen on the MacBook is the biggest of laptops so it is easier to link your computer up with this monitor to view files, documents, photos etc. on it.this device may have a big cost But connect it to any Thunderbolt-enabled Mac and it becomes a Plug-and-Play hub for everything you do. Logitech keyboard £114.99	This keyboard can be attached to the apple mac air so it will make it easier to type with as sometimes the keyboard is not as easy or as good to use.one of limitations of this piece of equipment could be that the keys could fall off, they may stop working etc.
Genius micro phone £1.99	This microphone can be connected to the mac book air, the keyboard and the monitor   to create a clear recording.this microhpone may have a low cost because it isnt very good so this microphone might brake easily or stop working.

graphic software £165.95	I would use adope cs6 because you can do lots of different things such as  Easily create rich 3D artwork with shadows, lighting, and animation. Retouch images with utter precision. Create vibrant videos and design anything you can image using intuitive tools. And get blazingly fast performance with the Mercury Graphics Engine.the only problem with this software is that you nee a very fast computer to run it and the costing goes up every year so it will be come expensive to run.
