Your bank manager would like you to think ahead. If the business is successful, you will need to improve the quality of your output devices.  If cost is not an issue what output mediums could you consider, how could they improve your business ?

1. Projector - A projector could improve picture quality and show it to a audience, where as if you only had a screen you would not be able to show people your work.

4.Camera - to take top quality photographs for designs for example taking a photo of a landscape to use in a design, this would also allow you to take photos and therefor are easier to manipulate as you have taken the photographs and everything would be the way you want it unlike Google images.

5. Large Format Printer - 

Large format printer is ideal as it is brilliant for printing off larger designs such as posters or a logo for a company that would have to be large so the customer could see the ideal in full size.

6. vinyl cutter - 

This is a computer controlled blade cutter that cuts intricate art and letter patterns on a large continuous feed vinyl sheet. This would be ideal to cut out large designs and would be a lot faster.  It is very handy to cut out intricate designs.

There are some serious advantages as all the products would significantly improve the way work is done as it would seriously improve efficiency and all the product you have would save you money due to you would not need another company doing it for you for example if you had a large format printer you would not need to pay for large format printing to be done so it would save money in the long term, it would seriously make peoples job easier.

 A local band would like a logo designed for their website this needs to be combined with their band photo.

-bitmap would be great for this, you can create the logo on adobe photo shop then save it for a website site and changing the type as a jpeg which changes the logo into an image making it easier to add to a website.

 A builder wants some eye catching text for the side of his van to improve business opportunities.

for this, you should use a vector because you can create the text in adobe firework/photoshop but when you put it onto the van the quality is still as good as you created on the computer comes out clearly. you can also edit each word if it doesnt look as good big, even if you enlarge or shrink the words they do not loose quality.

The nursery on your estate would like a flyer designed to promote the facility.

-for this you should use a portable document format (pdf) so that if you create the flyer on microsoft publisher the updated version using pdf people who do not have the updated one will still be able to access the file.

Before you can start your new business you compile a list of hardware and software you will need to run your design agency.  You need to consider input and output devices when creating this list. Along with the list you need to justify each item describing what it does and why you need it.  This report will be given to the bank when you apply for your business loan.

Camera		This is useful because the designer can take pictures of his/her work.
MONITER		This is good because the designer can view his work.
Printer		Ideal for printing out any visuals needed.
Microphone		This is ideal because you can sing into it and put the music straight onto your iMac.
Projector		This is ideal because you can projector your work and photos from your computer onto a screen.

Justify the protocol transmission type you used. Ensure you find positive and negative aspects for the protocol and suggest a second way you could have sent the contact.

You should change your password regulary, to make sure you do not get hacked. This means it can not to damage and your data will be safe, also don't give out too much information incase poeple that are around you hear what you are saying about your personal stuff, and keeping your data safe. Just make sure you don't tell anyone at all. Keep your files in a place where you will remeber where you are putting them, so you can find them. There are viruses also that can cause alot of damage to keeping your date safe so make you don't download too much. Always log out of what you have logged in to aswell, because this can cause to some hacking. 

Most Wi-Fi hubs are encrypted so that you will not be hacked and your information will not get stolen or seen. - 

Add this all up to your m1 work.

Mines was changing your password regulary to insure it is safe. he negative things about this would be, if your changing your password so many times and you have so much you might  forget it because you will have other passwords in your head, so make sure you write it down every time and it is something simple. 

The positive things about this would mean this is a safe way to have your password, and if you do write it down then you are good and you should be fine, but it really helps to change your password regularly in-case anyone knows it or try and gets on to it.

·         Student who needs a mobile phone with internet access- Students will need a phone with internet access incase they haven't got any other technical devices like a laptop, ipod, ipad etc.. Having internet on your phone can help your education because you can use the internet to search things, that you really need help with. 

The positive things about a student having a mobile with internet access- It provide us to use internet at very low cost. Incase of an emergancy, it will also bring your education up and help you with anything you need help with. 

negative- It can distract students. May cost you. 

·         Self employed builder who is new to technology and has £600 to spend on a laptop for invoicing- This could help because if the builder needed anything to help him with his technology he could order it straight away and it would come.

negative- could be spending more money than you are expecting too, and you could be on a low cost. 

·         Journalist who needs a electronic tablet when on location- This is helpful because he could track where he is going, incase he gets lost. 

positive- If he sees any storys  he can send them to his boss, useful because there would be a map on the tablet if you get lost. 

negative- could interrupt him on the things he is meant to do, and he could get caught on to doing something else that he is not meant to do .

·         A factory worker who wants to listen to an MP3 player on the bus- Saves you from getting bored, will give you a bit of energy for when you are working. Stop you from getting interrupted  you can bed able to concentrate. 

positive- has something to do, so he is not bored.

negative- could get carried away with what he is listening to, which could lead to him not doing what he is meant to be doing. 

if you are going to send a contact to another contact you do it by mms because if you use Bluetooth you have to be in a certain range but if you do it by mms it doesn't cost anything because its part of your contract but also is a lot quicker and you can be in any area and it wont cost and will send. Bluetooth doesn't work unless your close to the person your sending the file to.

What mechanisms have been put in place to prevent or control the implications described for P6?

For P6 the problems were back ache, head ache and all of that.
So the methods to prevent all those problems could be measuring the chair so you can sit right and so that you are comftable where you sit and how you sit. Health and safety issues sorted, so that you are happy and you are not getting aches. Also other health and safety issues making sure the computer is in the right position for you to see so it is clear and you can understand it probably. 
Also- Spending too much time on the computer can also affect your social life.  Many people spend less time actually taking to their friends and more time texting and on social networking sites.  Using your computer vast amounts every single day can also cause problems to the environment. It uses electricity which could be used for something more productive. Also many people leave their computers on standby which wastes electricity. 
Spending to much time on the internet can cause cyber bullying, this has been provented because it has all been said so less people have been using the internet.  And this will lead to less cyber bulling across the internet.
Also spending too much time on the computer can seriously damage your eyes, so now less people have came across to using it as much, also making the screen duller than it is can help your eyes, so the computer right infront of you is not lighting through your eyes.

How do protocols and devices keep data safe?

The way to keep your devices safe is very simple you just need to follow very simple steps and be careful what you do, for example you should change your password regularly so ifn a case that you do get hacked or someone discovers your password, you will still be safe and they can not do as much damage as they would have done if they knew it permanently. Also be wary if you give out your vital information that no one is around that could use against you or you do not trust.(i would recommend not telling anyone at all.)  Be careful when you access your email or whatever you need to keep safe make sure you log out because some websites will leave you logged in for the future but someone else could access it.
